Mission

EchoYouth helps young people discover and navigate the world of careers before they have to choose a path. Through real-world experiences, conversations with professionals, company visits, and hands-on exploration, we help teenagers understand the many possibilities available to them, develop a deeper understanding of their own interests and strengths, and build the skills and perspective to make informed choices and adapt as their futures evolve.

Vision

A world where every young person has the knowledge, experiences, and confidence to explore possibilities, make informed choices, and adapt to a changing world of work.
